Sri Lanka, Aug. 12 -- The Ritigala Wildlife Office stated that two individuals were arrested on August 10 in the Kuruwita area along with a large stock of heavily protected animal parts. The suspects are residents of the Kuruwita area, aged 31 and 40.

They were arrested during a special emergency raid carried out in the Kuruwita area by officers from several surrounding Wildlife offices and Special Task Force (STF), based on information provided by Air Force intelligence officers to the Ritigala Wildlife Range Forest Officer.
