Sri Lanka, Oct. 30 -- A discussion on the 2027 Budget proposals relating to the Tourism Ministry was held at the Presidential Secretariat, with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake in attendance on Wednesday (28).

The President reviewed the progress of projects being implemented to promote the tourism sector and focused on the issues that had arisen and possible immediate solutions.

Attention was given to the tourism development project centred on Dutch ports in Jaffna, Mannar and Batticaloa. The President emphasised the importance of protecting historical heritage when implementing these projects.Track Exec Orders
