Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- S Thomas' College Mount Lavinia Under-15 water polo team successfully defended the Mahinda Liyanage Challenge Trophy by defeating Royal College Colombo in both legs of the 54th annual Hayman Trophy encounter at the Sugathadasa Swimming Pool Complex recently.

The Thomian junior side, captained by G. Nihilash, dominated the first leg with a 15-11 win and followed up with a 19-13 victory in the second and final leg. The aggregate score of 34-24 secured the Under-15 title for the second consecutive year.
