Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- The third intake of students at the Russian Language Centre at the Sri Jayewardenepura University (SJU) officially began with the support of the Russian House in Colombo last week.
The opening ceremony brought together Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka Levan Dzhagaryan,, Head of the Russian House Maria Popova, Vice-Rector of the Ural State University of Economics (USUE), CEO of the Russian House in Colombo Buddhapriya Ramanayake and the leadership of the Sri Jayewardenepura University. Alongside the launch of the new intake, the first 15 graduates of the Russian language course received their certificates.
