Sri Lanka, Sept. 20 -- A delegation led by Switzerland - Sri Lanka Parliamentary Friendship Association's President Dr. Upali Pannilage, Rural Development, Social Security and Community Empowerment Minister, met Ambassador for International Relations of the Swiss Parliament, Claudio Fischer at the Swiss Parliament in Bern, Switzerland on Monday (15).

The delegation then met MP of Sri Lankan origin Farah Rumi, representing the National Assembly of the Swiss Parliament.

The inauguration of the Swiss - Sri Lanka Parliamentary Friendship Association took place at the Swiss Parliament, and it was a special event that MP Farah Rumi chaired it.
