Sri Lanka, Dec. 18 -- Sri Lanka has welcomed 93,031 tourists during the first two weeks of December, the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) reported.Sri Lanka travel

According to the SLTDA, Indian visitors accounted for the largest share, with 21,156 arrivals. Significant numbers also arrived from countries including Russia, Britain, Germany, and China.

With these arrivals, the total number of tourists visiting Sri Lanka from January 1 to December 14, 2025, has reached 2,196,624, highlighting a continued recovery in the country's tourism sector.

The SLTDA emphasized that these figures reflect growing international confidence in Sri Lanka as a safe and attractive travel destination.
