Sri Lanka, April 9 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake yesterday said Sri Lanka looks forward to the early restoration of peace in the Middle East.Sri Lanka Energy Report

He also expressed concern over attacks targeting countries in the region that are not directly involved in the conflict, and firmly stated that such attacks are not condoned under any circumstances.

The President made these remarks at a meeting between the Council of Arab Ambassadors accredited to Sri Lanka and President Anura Kumara Dissanayake held at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday.
