Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- The Association for Sri Lanka-China Social and Cultural Cooperation (ASLCSCC) has extended its congratulations and best wishes on the convening of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Beijing.

In a congratulatory message, ASLCSCC President Indrananda Abeysekera commended the achievements made by China under the leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping, particularly in strengthening Party governance and advancing the country's development.
