Sri Lanka, March 26 -- The South Asian Regional Workshop, aimed at safeguarding freedom of expression and the right to information, commenced on March 24 at the Central Department of Journalism and Mass Communication premises of Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal, and is continuing this week. Implemented in collaboration with UNESCO, the initiative focuses on developing a Digital Platform Governance Toolkit tailored specifically for the South Asian region.
