Sri Lanka, Aug. 20 -- All information regarding bus journeys booked by passengers using online seat reservation facility with Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) and information on payment refunds on cancelled bus journeys will be sent to passengers by SLTB via Short Message Service (SMS) and by calling the hotline 1315 effective September 1, 2025.
