Sri Lanka, Sept. 8 -- SLPP MP Rohitha Abeygunawardena yesterday strongly asserted that the upcoming public rally in Anuradhapura on September 12 will be transformed into a highly successful gathering with extensive public participation. "We have decided to proceed with our major public rally in Anuradhapura despite the recent arrest of our National Organiser Namal Rajapaksa," the SLPP MP said.
