Sri Lanka, Feb. 24 -- Celebrating 78th National Independence Day, the Embassy together with China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC), convened an Investor Forum attracting Chinese investment into the Colombo Port City recently.

The investor forum held at the Embassy was attended by Assistant Managing Director of Colombo Port City, Bai Xiaping, together with Deputy Secretary-General, Global Alliance for Trade in Services (GATIS), Liang Jingyuan, Secretary-General, CCPIT Commercial Sub-Council, Yao Xin, Director of Investment and Exhibition Department, Beijing International Trade in Services Affairs Centre, Yang Jing and representatives from over 30 leading Beijing-based companies.
