Sri Lanka, July 22 -- Short Circuit has announced a new group leadership structure, appointing five senior leaders across its portfolio companies.

The appointments span Surge Global and Calcey Technologies, the group's services arm; Payable, its payments business and SurgeOS its product division.

The appointments mark a deliberate step in the group's evolution, moving from a founder-driven model towards a broader, leadership-led platform built on internal talent and proven experience.
