Sri Lanka, Aug. 6 -- A case filed against three accused including former State Minister Shasheendra Rajapaksa in connection with a corruption allegation was yesterday fixed for trial on September 28 by the Colombo High Court.

The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Ravindra Premaratne. At a previous occasion, indictment was served to the accused and following serving the indictments, the accused were ordered to be released on two sureties worth 1Mn each by the Colombo High Court.Courts & Judiciary
