Sri Lanka, Oct. 23 -- Seylan Developments PLC has continued its commitment to community welfare with a significant initiative, providing safe drinking water to the MU/Ethawetunuwewa Vidyalaya in Welioya, Mullaitivu District.

The school, serving 358 students, 22 teachers, and a community of 450 families, previously had no access to purified water. Students were forced to bring water from home, placing an unnecessary burden on them and their families. With the principal's support, Seylan Developments funded and executed the installation of a complete water purification system.
