Sri Lanka, Sept. 9 -- The Communications Department of the Sri Lanka Parliament announced that the Parliamentary Affairs Committee has decided to hold the debate on the Second Reading of the Presidents' Entitlements (Repeal) Bill tomorrow (September 10).
The debate will take place from 11.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., the department said.
The Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne, announced today (09) that the Supreme Court has determined that no provision of the Presidents' Entitlements (Repeal) Bill is inconsistent with the Constitution of Sri Lanka.
