Sri Lanka, Aug. 7 -- The Samaposha Provincial School Games 2025 will commence on August 11, bringing together 25,000 student-athletes from 3,000 schools across seven provinces in one of the country's largest sporting events.

Now in its ninth year, the Games supported by Samaposha, will feature over 70 events, turning provincial stadiums into proving grounds for Sri Lanka's next generation of athletes. Winners will take home trophies, medals, and certificates, rewarding their hard work at the grassroots level, with the event organised by the Provincial Education Department.
