Sri Lanka, March 13 -- Mr. S. Satheestharan has been appointed as a High Court Judge, the Presidential Secretariat confirmed. The letter of appointment was presented to him by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake this morning (13) at the Presidential Secretariat.

A Special Grade officer of the Judicial Service, Mr. Satheestharan previously served as the District Judge of Chavakachcheri, bringing extensive experience to his new role in the High Court.
