Sri Lanka, July 7 -- Aiming to enhance the Information Technology (IT) skills of the students at Dompe Maha Vidyalaya in the Dompe Educational Division, a modern computer laboratory equipped with fifteen computers was donated to the school by the Rotary Club of Dompe recently.

The Rotary Club spent Rs. 2.5 million on this project, which included the provision of computer tables and relevant computer accessories as well.

Rotary Club of Dompe's Charter President and Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies' Chairman Senior Professor Chandana Jayaratne, alongside Rotary Club of Dompe's current President Nomesh de Silva, symbolically presented a computer to School Principal R. P. C. J. K. Rajapaksa and the students.
