Sri Lanka, Oct. 13 -- To mark its 75th anniversary, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka organised a series of regional workshops and exhibitions at its Kilinochchi and Anuradhapura Regional Offices on September 26 and October 2.

These events were held under the theme 'Promoting Financial Literacy Among School Children and the General Public', aiming to raise awareness and understanding of financial matters among people of all ages.

The exhibitions brought together a wide range of participants from both government-owned and private banks, along with other financial institutions. Their presence showed a shared commitment to improving financial literacy across different sectors of the community.
