Sri Lanka, Aug. 4 -- Electricity tariffs will remain unchanged without any revisions for the third quarter of 2026 despite rising electricity generation costs according to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL).
The PUCSL said the electricity tariff structure that was applied in the second quarter of this year will be enforced for the third quarter as well.
In a statement issued yesterday, it said the decision follows a review of cost estimates that has been submitted to them by the National System Operator (NSO) Company.
