Sri Lanka, March 25 -- The Parliament Select Committee (PSC) to look into and report to Parliament on the matter of selecting the electoral system under which the Provincial Council (PC) Elections should be held and submit its proposals and recommendations in that regard, met for the first time on March 17, at Parliament, under the chairmanship of Minister Vijitha Herath.
