Sri Lanka, Aug. 5 -- A fully equipped multi-purpose sports hall and complex worth over Rs. 350 million is to be built to mark the 50th anniversary of President's College, Kotte, Sri Jayewardenepura.

The school Alumni Association and Friendship Association are helping out.

Principal Bhagya Rupasinghe stated that arrangements have been made to construct a fully equipped multi-purpose sports hall and complex spending over Rs. 350 million at President's College in Kotte, Sri Jayawardenapura.

"The school was inaugurated in Torrington on February 4, 1978, by then President J.R. Jayewardene. Today, the college has come to Rajagiriya," the Principal said, while addressing journalists at a special media briefing held at the college yesterday (0...
