Sri Lanka, Sept. 25 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who is currently in the United States to attend the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, met South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on September 23, at the One Plaza in New York. President Dissanayake was warmly welcomed by the President of South Africa.
Subsequently, bilateral discussions commenced between the two parties, during which attention was focused on further strengthening the existing relations between the two countries.
