Srilanka, Oct. 11 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake assured that all investments entering Sri Lanka are safe and protected under the current government.

He made this statement during a meeting held at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (11) with a delegation of American business representatives visiting Sri Lanka to study the country's investment opportunities, business environment, and legal framework.

The President emphasized that a secure and transparent environment for investors has been established and that the government is introducing new laws within a democratic framework to rectify the irregularities that existed under previous administrations.
