Sri Lanka, March 9 -- The Police Media Division (PMD) has clarified regarding the process for obtaining Police Clearance Certificates for various official purposes.
Applicants who have maintained a law-abiding record and have not been involved in any unlawful or criminal activity will be able to obtain their Police Clearance Certificates promptly. However, if the applicant has been involved in illegal or criminal activities, the clearance will be issued as an adverse clearance report, the PMD said.
Applicants can submit requests for Police Clearance Certificates through the official website of the Sri Lanka Police by visiting www.police.lk, selecting "Clearance Certificates," and completing the relevant online application form.Geographic ...
