Sri Lanka, Oct. 18 -- The Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) informed the Colombo Magistrate's Court yesterday (17) that the five suspects who were arrested on suspicion of bringing into the country 839.254 kilograms of ice, heroin and hashish, which were seized by the Navy while floating in the Southern seas on Tuesday (14), are being detained and questioned.

The PNB officers, having submitted a report to Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanka S. Bodaragama, stated that the suspects will be detained and questioned until October 22.
