Sri Lanka, Aug. 21 -- Leader of the House and Minister Bimal Ratnayake told Parliament yesterday that if the Bar Association of Sri Lanka wants to make an the members of Parliament aware about the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, the request should be made through the Speaker, the Prime Minister or the Leader of the House "It is wrong for the Association to request the opportunity to educate the members of the Government and Opposition through the Leader of the Opposition.Sri Lanka News
