Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya stated in Parliament yesterday that regardless of what is mentioned in the policy statements, the current Government has given priority to bringing the country to a stable level despite the situation that existed in the country when it came to power.

She stated this while participating in the adjournment debate on matters that have been mentioned in the Government's policy statement but have not yet been fulfilled.
