Sri Lanka, Aug. 6 -- Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe told Parliament yesterday that the Government is intensifying efforts against cybercrime alongside its broad anti-corruption drive.

"Authorities are tackling a surge in transnational scam networks relocating to the island, upgrading critical state digital infrastructure, and pushing through vital legal reforms to secure the national digital economy.
