Sri Lanka, May 11 -- The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has decided to blacklist vehicles that fail to comply with maintenance orders issued after being identified as emitting excessive smoke.

Following a slowdown due to administrative changes, it has been decided to strictly resume "On-road Emission Testing" countrywide beginning this month.
