Sri Lanka, Feb. 19 -- Litro Gas Lanka has officially addressed recent supply concerns, reassuring the public that there is no impending gas shortage and that ample stocks are available to meet national demand.

The company urged consumers to remain calm and avoid "panic buying," which can create artificial shortages.

According to a company statement, the recent disruptions were caused by a sudden, unexpected spike in market demand.

To stabilize the situation, Litro has significantly ramped up distribution, releasing 284,000 domestic cylinders on February 17 and 18 alone.

An additional 351,000 cylinders are scheduled for release between today (19) and Saturday to ensure all delivery hubs are fully stocked.
