Sri Lanka, Oct. 22 -- The Government has not made a decision to remove pass badges from lawyer and doctor vehicles since these passes are vital security and identification tools, Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa told Parliament yesterday.
"These stickers are essential for identification when entering Courts and hospitals," he said.
He said that the Government does not expect to remove any such logos as doctor's vehicles with such stickers makes it easier for them to enter hospitals.
The Minister said this in response to a question raised in Parliament by Kalutara District MP Rohitha Abeygunawardena.
