Sri Lanka, Feb. 11 -- The Cabinet of Ministers on Monday (9) approved the introduction of new regulations to re-register mobile phone SIM cards issued before August 2, 2019, Cabinet Spokesman and Minister of Health and Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said. He added that new regulations will also be introduced for the registration of new SIM cards for subscribers aged 16 to 17, as well as for foreign nationals arriving in Sri Lanka.
