Sri Lanka, Aug. 4 -- The new '118 Public Security Help Desk' to submit public complaints, grievances and provide suspicious information and tip-offs, regarding the State institutions that fall under the purview of the Ministry of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs, was inaugurated yesterday (03) at the Ministry of Public Security under the patronage of Deputy Minister of Public Security Sunil Watagala.
Facilities have been made to lodge public complaints through 118 toll free phone line and via 118.pubsec.gov.lk website from the comfort of the homes of any person in the country.
