Sri Lanka, March 1 -- The "Drug Prevention Week," a strategic initiative implemented in conjunction with the "Ratama Ekata" program, officially commences today, March 1, 2026.
Following a decision by the National Steering Committee for Eradicating the Drug Menace, the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government has formalized the week's activities through the issuance of Public Administration Circular No. 07/2026.
