Sri Lanka, Aug. 5 -- Under the auspices of the Minister of Science and Technology, Professor Chrishantha Abeysena, an MoU was signed yesterday at the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) to establish Sri Lanka's first zero-waste cinnamon processing center, a collaborative initiative by the Ministry of Science and Technology, ITI, and the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Ruhuna.
