Sri Lanka, Feb. 25 -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism has announced that Minister Vijitha Herath will depart for Germany tomorrow (26) for a high-profile two-day official visit.

The visit comes at the invitation of the Bremen branch of the German-Asia Pacific Business Association (OAV), a premier organization fostering economic ties between Germany and the Asia-Pacific region.

Minister Herath is slated to be the Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker representing Asia at the OAV's landmark 125th-anniversary celebrations.

On the German side, the event will be graced by Foreign Minister Dr. Johann Wadephul, who will also deliver a keynote address.
