Sri Lanka, Oct. 23 -- Meneth Sankalana's 12-wicket scalp steered defending joint champions Devapathiraja College Rathgama against Gamini National School Bentota by 10 wickets in their first round fixture of the Under 13 inter schools Cricket tournament played at Bentota.
Meneth, left arm orthodox spinner of Devapathiraja College Rathgama claimed 12 wickets for 53 runs in both innings against Gamini National School Bentota. Vimukthi Manathunga of Gurukula College Kelaniya showed good all-round performances with a century against Christ King College Ja-Ela. Goshitha Gonzal of St. Anthony's College Wattala made a century against Wickramashila National School Giriulla.
