Sri Lanka, July 7 -- Melwa partnered with the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) to support the WiNE Forum 2026, organised in celebration of International Women in Engineering Day. The initiative highlighted the growing contribution of women to Sri Lanka's engineering profession while promoting greater female participation in engineering, innovation and entrepreneurship. The forum brought together school students, engineering undergraduates, academics and industry professionals for a day of knowledge sharing, networking and leadership discussions.
