Srilanka, July 9 -- Train operations on the main line have been disrupted following a technical fault in a train traveling from Aluthgama to Ambepussa.

The issue occurred near the Mirigama railway station, according to railway officials.

Efforts are underway to restore normal services as soon as possible.
