Sri Lanka, Dec. 25 -- Sri Lanka Customs have seized over six kilograms of kush which worth over Rs.60 million at the Central Mail Exchange (CME) on Tuesday (23).

The narcotics were seized during an inspection of foreign parcels at the EMS division of the CME, Sri Lanka Customs reported.

During the inspection, Customs officers discovered 6.201 kilograms of the narcotic drug "Kush", with an estimated street value of Rs.60,210,000, concealed inside a parcel sent from Thailand to Sri Lanka. A 31-year-old suspect, a resident of the Dematagoda area, was arrested in connection with the seizure.
