Sri Lanka, May 28 -- The victim of the shooting incident reported in Kalutara South today (28) has been identified as a 38-year-old businessman from the area.

Police Spokesman ASP F.U. Wootler stated that the businessman was travelling on a motorcycle when a group that arrived in a car allegedly opened fire at him.

He further noted that three Police teams attached to the Kalutara South Police have been deployed to conduct investigations into the shooting incident.
