Srilanka, July 16 -- Another group of young Sri Lankans has been granted employment opportunities in Japan's nursing sector under the bilateral employment initiative between the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) and the International Manpower Development Organization (IM Japan).
As part of this program, air tickets were issued to nine women scheduled to depart for Japan today (July 16) during a special event held on July 14 at the SLBFE. The ceremony was attended by a visiting delegation from IM Japan.
During their official visit, the Japanese representatives met with Mr. Senarath Yapa, Additional General Manager (International Affairs) of SLBFE, to discuss the expansion of job placements for Sri Lankan youth. Talks focuse...
