Sri Lanka, June 25 -- Yi Jing at ITC Ratnadipa introduces Dim Sum & Co., a first-of-its-kind curated series of dim sum in Colombo, running from June 26 to July 5.

The limited-time dining series features a newly curated selection of handcrafted dim sum, served for lunch and dinner, paired with signature cocktails designed to complement each dish. The beverage programme is crafted by Yi Jing's mixologist to enhance flavour profiles and highlight the character of the cuisine.
