Sri Lanka, July 2 -- Reinforcing its commitment to advancing Sri Lanka's digital economy, iPay participated in the LankaQR Awareness Programme conducted by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka on June 5-6, in Trincomalee, supporting efforts to accelerate digital payment adoption among businesses operating within the country's growing eastern tourism belt.

The programme focused on strengthening awareness and acceptance of LankaQR-enabled payments among merchants and consumers across key tourism destinations including Trincomalee, Uppuveli, Nilaveli, and Alles Garden.
