Sri Lanka, April 27 -- The Ports and Civil Aviation Ministry on behalf of Airport and Aviation Services has invited proposals from prospective investors for investments to utilize resources of Mattala International Airport.

Expression of Interest (EOI) can be submitted by entities such as companies, corporations, firms and joint ventures duly organised, existing and registered under laws of its country.

The EOI is open to both domestic and international entities.

A Cabinet Appointed Negotiation Committee (CANC) is entrusted with inviting, receiving, and evaluating Expression of Interest (EOI) to select the eligible party/parties to participate in the calling of Request for Proposals (RFP), the Ministry in a notice said.
