Sri Lanka, Sept. 2 -- Stakeholders during a meeting chaired by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake on Monday held discussions on the urgent measures required to attract both foreign and domestic investment to develop Sri Lanka's mineral industry and address challenges within the sector.
The discussion on developing Sri Lanka's mineral industry in line with the export-oriented National Mineral Policy 2026 was held with the participation of officials from the Sri Lanka Mineral Sands Association (SLMSA) and the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau.
