Sri Lanka, Oct. 26 -- Prime Minister, Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya stated that a formal procedure is being developed not only to improve infrastructure in schools but also to recruit qualified and skilled personnel into the education system.
The Prime Minister made these remarks while participating in the ceremony to hand over the newly constructed two-storey building at Kadawalawawa Maha Vidyalaya to students on Saturday (24).
