Sri Lanka, Aug. 10 -- All relevant institutional heads have been summoned to the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka (HRCSL) on August 18 to discuss the unrest reported in prisons.Sri Lanka travel

The Prisons Commissioner General, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), and senior officials from the Justice Ministry and Prison Affairs Ministry have also been called for the discussion.

Human Rights Commission head Attorney-at-Law Nimal Punchihewa said the discussion is being held to take preventive measures to stop such incidents from recurring.
